XFX 7800xt Qick not working!!

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my system with a XFX Speedster QICK RX 7800 XT and it’s not powering on at all — fans don’t spin, no LEDs, no video output.

PLEASE READ: The 7800xt works in my friends pc but not in mine.

The rest of the PC boots normally.

My build:

-Gpu: xfx qick 7800xt -Cpu: Ryzen 9 5900x
-Mobo: Rog Strix B550-f Gaming wifi rgb -Psu: 1000watt evga gold rated

Symptoms

PC turns on

Fans, RGB, everything else runs

GPU fans do NOT spin — zero activity

No display output from GPU

Tried multiple display cables and ports (DP & HDMI)

GPU is firmly seated (PCIe latch engaged)

What I’ve already tried

✅ Re-seating the GPU ✅ Re-seating power connectors ✅ Two separate PCIe cables (not a single daisy-chain cable) ✅ Clearing CMOS (removed battery + power drain) ✅ Tried different PCIe power outputs from the PSU ✅ Monitor definitely plugged into GPU, not motherboard ✅Fully updated bios to the latest version

NOTE: I’ve already tried other gpus in this pc and they work perfectly fine. I’ve also tried 7900xt and it worked perfectly fine.
