Rsx Type s to 95 Accord?

I've got an 02 RSX Type S that's pretty much stock aside from coilovers. It's soend the last 10 years in the sun and needs a new paint job amd with 225k miles the trans is starting to pop out of 2nd when it's cold.

There's a guy selling a 95 accord with a Coupe bumper/face swap, new white paint, 5spd, TL wheels, Coilovers, and perfect leather seats for sale for 5k next door. In my area(socal) most accords for 5k are automatic and look like your typical beat down honda from the 90's.

I'm still up in the air if I wanna sell my RSX and buy an old Accord but it appealing because I have a family now and 4doors would be great! Plus it's reliable and looks pretty unique. Am I crazy though?
