Googling this company points here, I hope this will help others. Like many, I was tempted by OfficeLogix prices and bought a Humanscale Freedom. Despite mixed reviews for the seller.

**Is it a good idea to buy from them? Depends how lucky you are.**

I received a giant box marked "this side up" from FedEx. When I opened it, the chair was packed upside down. Naturally the headrest was destroyed, having been suplexed a few dozen times by various carriers on the journey. One of the arm rests was also shattered. The box looked perfectly fine.

I'd read that OfficeLogix sends replacement parts when this happens, so no biggie. I replied to their automated delivery email, explained the damage, included photos, and requested a headrest assembly and an arm-rest frame. Simple. I copied info@officelogixshop(dot)com and customerservice@officelogixshop(dot)com for good measure.

I got an auto-reply asking to submit a Zoho support ticket. But the service was down. I emailed them again, letting them know their ticket form wasn't working. After more than a week, they hadn't replied to either of those emails.

I tried posting on the weekly questions thread on their subreddit. No activity, I assume it's automated. 👋 u/OfficeLogixShop

I tried calling them, straight to voicemail. As I was leaving a voicemail I got what must be an automated text asking how they can help. Nobody answered the text. Nobody answered the voicemail.

I give them one more chance over email. Crickets. We're at two weeks now.

***TLDR; there seems to be no way to contact anyone at this company. So how lucky are you? If you receive an intact chair, you've gotten a good deal. If you don't, you're on your own. Pay with a credit card.***

P.S. - They market these renewed chairs as "like-new quality"... but I don't imagine Humanscale ships their chairs with rusty fasteners and corroded headrest sliders. For the price, there's no need to exaggerate. These are decent used chairs, sold by a team of AI and/or ghosts.
