General shaving advice

Yo okay so I am a teenager whose been dealing with facial hair since I was 13 years old. I used to have a “porn” mustache, but then I shaved my whole face (when I was 13) and it grew back everywhere, longer and darker. i’ve also been dealing with a lot of razor burn for a few years despite using single blade razors, and multi blade razors. A lot of people suggest an electrical razor, but that doesn’t get down to the skin as much as I’d like it. I’m looking for advice to get rid of razor burn and keep my face clean shaven for as long as possible, since whenever I shave now, my hair grows back in two days. any products, razors, and advice you can give would be really appreciated.
