How to cook potions in the kitchen???

Trying to make Polari-Tea, glycerin, and lye which are from Alchemistry. I can't find it in the list for cooking but when I go to change the rules (I have no idea what mod that is from, I'm doing a CC Challenge that required downloading about 1546411356 mods at once) I can see everything I need. How can I get these available to me for cooking? I'm a noob so it's probably obvious. Thanks in advance!
