Having a hard time accessing food banks

Hi all, I’ve been trying to access the Parker street food bank for almost a month now. I’ve submitted an application form on their website twice now but never hear anything back. Does anyone else have this problem? When I call I get sent to a generic voice mail. Maybe I’m calling at bad times. I know food bank lists are easily found on 211 website, but I need help sooner rather than later and am open to any suggestions you may have to navigate this. Thanks.
