My kittens poop and farts smell so bad!!!

I have a 14 week old kitten and her farts and poop stink so bad it makes me nauseous because it stinks up my whole house! She is on purina live clear kitten food. I have bought pooph spray, litter deodorizing crystals, i clean the litter box daily if not multiple times a day. She was dewormed before we even adopted her so it’s not worms. My 9 month old cat stinks sometimes but not like this. She does seem to eat a lot. I want my house to not smell like a nasty litter box. Help!!!
