Guardian monitoring my trip

The other night I took a relatively small amount of shrooms - I did not measure them, I just chopped up some fresh golden teachers and lemon tek'd them.

When my eyes were open, I did not have any visuals but I felt like I was in a slightly different state of being, experiencing higher vibrations.

When I closed my eyes, I fell into a void that had many branches based off of my feelings.

Some of the experiences were fun and had me saying "woah!" out loud. Like classic psychedelic visual shit you'd see in a head shop - swirls and magical landscapes.

Others were dark and disturbing. The first time I went to one of the disturbing places, I feel like I was brought back to the surface by this being. It is very hard to describe, but it felt like a very neutral being who was there not to judge but to ensure I was safe.

It was a floating glass sentinel filled with thousands of little intricate golden gears. Throughout the rest of my trip, it would appear in between different experiences I was having.

I really hope I get to see this guardian again! I wonder if it will take the same form next time, or if this form was unique to this trip.

Has anyone had a similar experience where you felt you were being cared for by some sort of guardian?
