Battery cables

I want to change my battery cables to hopefully stop the issue my car has where it will randomly just lose all power and I have to wiggle the positive cable and it’s fine . My alternator is new and the battery is only a few months old . So I want to change the cables and see if that helps but I can’t seem to find a red one specifically for my car . Will any red cable do or is there a specific type?
