Right address, wrong person

We moved into our house 3 months ago. Last week there was a package outside my house from Evri.

Our address but someone else’s name. I contacted the landlord who said that person has never lived there. I tried contacting Evri which was impossible given their ridiculous automated service. Which told me my “package” was still on the way. Several times I’ve tried different ways to contact them but can’t seem to talk to a human being.

I’ve tried searching for the person on Facebook thinking our addresses might be similar, no luck there either.

The company who the product was bought from is in another country and I can’t call them. It’s an expensive product and I don’t want to keep it.

Not sure what else to do.
