Places that do surface piercings

Recently went to get a vertical labret and an eyebrow piercing at Karma Body modifications and my piercer (who I love and respect the opinion of) said she’d prefer not to pierce my eyebrow because of anatomy/she doesn’t do surface piercings (with my facial structure she said it would count as such). She recommended I go to someone more comfortable with surface piercings if I wanted it. Anyone have recommendations?
