Sloshing liquid sound upon turning on AC, heat, and driving around

(2019 Subaru Forester 2.5i)

Hello, I’m concerned about a sloshing liquid noise that is quite loud when I turn both AC or heat on. I also hear the sloshing just when driving the car. The noise sounds as if it’s behind the steering wheel.

AC and heat still blowing normally- cold and hot. This noise started happening after Subaru changed the dead TCV. Checked under hood, nothing looks abnormal but I’m not knowledgeable either. Is this something to worry about? Appreciate any help
