Locations/ideas for romantic birthday in SB wine country

A big milestone birthday is coming up, and my partner and I would like to celebrate it spending a day or two somewhere memorable. We both enjoy wine, food, and nature. Looking for a peaceful setting we could use as a base for a night or two that would give us good access to pretty towns to explore, wine experiences, and nice restaurants.
