The Alarm That Didn’t Ring

My alarm didn’t go off this morning, but when I checked my phone, it showed it had been manually turned off at 3:07 AM. I was asleep at that time yet the activity log said it was done “by user.”

If your device showed actions you know you didn’t do, would you think it’s a glitch… or something else?
