Pandora Output causes Open Animation Replacer to stop working

From my testing, this only happens when Pandora Output is enabled, in game, the OAR loading bar doesn't appear, and all characters t-pose, the OAR menu logs don't say anything.

OAR and all relevant mods have their requirements and are up to date, and I followed all the Pandora installation directions.

I'm SURE I didn't install something or did so incorrectly but I can't figure out what.
