Need advice on updating DS160 before OFC

I’m applying for B1/B2 visa for work purposes. The travel team from my company helped me fill out the DS-160 and other details. I have my OFC appointment tomorrow morning at Chennai VAC.

Was verifying my DS-160 today when I realised that some details are missing/incorrect in the document.

1. The intended date of arrival - mentioned as an older date - Nov, 2025 which has already passed. (that was the intended date initially but we couldn’t secure an appointment before that)
2. The list of purposes of trip to the US - left blank.
3. Person/entity paying for the trip - left blank.

When I contacted the travel team today, they mentioned that the form cannot be changed anymore and I should just carry the current form and mention in the interview that my date has changed and other details. But I’m not convinced with this, need some advice here.

Should I fill a new DS-160 and ask them to consider the new one during biometrics? Or should I just go ahead with the current application?
