How to approach women ?

Hey so I know this question is a bit weird but , honestly I myself would feel weird if someone stranger just come to say hi and I am not one of those men who would just fly around a women 24/7 just to get her attention, so now I am in this trap where it feels weird to me to approach someone out of nowhere and I won't be roaming around a person just to get a tiny bit of attention.
