Odd Pain/sensation after D&C

Hi all-

I just had a D&C about 5 days ago around 10+3 weeks. I was told the D&C went well. I did get a shot of methergine as a precaution cause about 6 months prior I had a D&E at 24 weeks that led to a D&C a few days later. With that D&E I bled heavily and then after the D&C bled more like heavy spotting. I had cramps after these procedures but I was very much dropping down in size.

This time I didn’t really have any pain after and also have had only spotting. The first day it was a bit more only when I peed but spotting otherwise. I have just continued to spot but each day now I am getting weird pressure and minor pains when I am gassy and it hurts to push when I try to poop. It is also tender when I lay on my stomach in bed.

None of this are things that I’d describe as pain yet but I did notice the feelings are getting more intense each day.

With this one being so different than my last one I’m trying to understand when/if I should be concerned. I don’t want to wait weeks to find out I have retained products again. Last time it was obvious wishing 4 days.

Anyone have a weird tender feeling when you lay or have gas that increased a few days after a D&C?
