Add crowdsec to exisiting install

When I first setup my pangolin instance I followed the documentation which said installing crowdsec at the time was not recommended/not the default, so I didn’t. I would now like to add it. How difficult is it to add it in to an existing installation? Do I need to reset all and start again? Are is there a way I can just SSH in and add it with a command, or add it within pangolin itself?
