Credit card interest rate bullshit

Fuck democrats and fuck republicans, they’re all possessed by the GREED demon and suck the life out of the working man. There’s so many simple legislative changes they could have made or can make that would have a tremendous positive impact on working class Americans. One would be to reign in bank greed by capping credit card interest rates. I’ve been using them since the 1980s and my credit score is excellent and yet my credit cards have insane interest rates e.g. 28%. WTF is up with that? I can remember the old days when 9% was considered high. Everyone accepts the fact that working class Americans use this financial tool to improve their quality of life and if politicians wanted to help us out, they would cap the rate people below millionaire status pay to borrow money for retail purchases. It’s not like banks need the extra profit or that the rich need to use them. It’s obvious that plastic is mainly used by the non-rich and banks are exploiting this to financially rape the middle class. Both political parties have to understand this and so capping rates should be an easy policy to pass, but they don’t. Why? Because banks control them and they don’t give a shit about the working class. Both parties are slaves to the rich that’s a fact jack!
