Why are people so goddamn rude?

Here’s a few things that happened to me at Petsmart today:

1. Me: “Hi do you have a phone num-“

Customer just put the turtle food down and just hold her $10 bill up the entire time.

Customer:“No, I don’t want to sign up.”

Like why are you being so extra for no reason???

Second customer interaction goes like this: Customer: “hi, do you have any crickets?”

Me: “you can go to fish wall where someone can help you get some!”

Customer: “I didn’t ask you that, I asked you if you had crickets.”

Me: “yes, we do have crickets. I can call someone to help you”

Like I wouldn’t tell you to go to the fucking fish wall if we didn’t have anything. Like what’s the point of being a smartass. You understood what I was saying.

Then I got people going with the phone numbers “oh I have a phone number, but I don’t feel like putting it in”. I get you don’t want to put in your phone number, but it makes my life harder because they track this shit. So fucking stupid. I hate people so much
