How to correct 2025 household size? (Covered CA)

Here's the situation: household of 1 vs household of 3. I didn't include my elderly parents on Medicare who are living with me in the household and are my dependents on my own 2025 Covered CA app. How can I correct my status from household of 1 to household of 3 so I get a higher FPL income limit for 2025? If I don't make the change, I would have gone over the 2025 "cliff" and have to payback all subsidies I received in 2025. AI says I will confuse the system if I make the change now and try to enrol for 2026 simultaneously. Any suggestion? Thanks.
