Instant Delivery apps should have flagship stores
So I’ve been thinking that instant-delivery apps like Zepto should honestly have a few flagship stores in major cities, because there are so many good products on the app that we end up ordering only because we can’t find them in normal stores, and grocery-shopping happiness is real, the whole dopamine of walking around and discovering new things just hits different, so imagine a Zepto supermarket that’s well maintained and actually has the full variety we see on our phones — high protein bread, turbo yogurt, mint chocolate ice creams, all the niche items that never show up in local shops — and then a small live Zepto café section inside where the café items from the app are sold fresh, and overall it becomes a fun experience and a solid marketing move to showcase the range and the discounts you get online, and I’m not even saying they should open a big chain or move away from their main business model, just maybe 1–3 walk-in experience stores in each major city to give people the vibe and make the brand feel real, and honestly I would visit one immediately.
TL ; DR
Instant-delivery apps should open a few flagship experience stores in major cities so people can walk in, see the full product range we usually only find online, enjoy a small café section, and get the whole grocery-shopping dopamine vibe and sometimes i might wanna go out and buy things but they are only available online
