Maya transaction history

Anyone had luck getting a years worth of wallet transactions on pay maya? I've done most of my transactions through the app and now just found out that they only provide up to 6 months of past transactions but I really need to verify a few payments early this year.

Anyone have luck opening a ticket and getting more information?
