Confused

I have a question. I had a hysteroscopy myomectomy back in October of 2024. Had an IUD place during the procedure. Everything was fine until about February. Then pelvic pain started. I thought it was from the IUD. I hung in until the 6month mark and then decided to see my gyno. She said the IUD was gone. Pain lingered until I was put on Norethindrone 5mg. That stopped my pain completely. I’m wondering have I developed endometriosis. Looking back my pain probably became noticeable once the IUD was expelled. I feel like it may not be endo because it only started after the myomectomy, yet the high dosage norinthindrone stops the pain. I’m lost.
