Masquerade 1pm to The Great Gatsby 3pm - is it doable?

Trying to fit as much into my NYC weekend as possible. The website says Masquerade is about 2 hours but I’ve also seen people say 90 mins. The Great Gatsby is only a 6 minute walk away and starts at 3pm (Sunday). If I get 1pm entry at Masquerade can I make it to Gatsby at 3pm? Or way too stressful? Has anyone done it? Thanks in advance.
