Best way to not make my character non-binary when installing "Gender Neutrality Mod Tokens" (a requirement for "Canon-Friendly Dialogue Expansion")?

From looking in the config, it seems to make characters non-binary by default, with a whole bunch of changed words. Is there any way to just keep my previous gender?

I'm sure there's a better way than individually changing every field to something that sounds masculine/feminine (and then changing all the fields again if I ever play a character with the opposite gender?).

How do I do it?
