The Universe is NOT Flat

Discussion

I found out recently that the predominant scientific opinion is that the Universe is flat. And I call nonsense! Consider that all matter and energy was once condensed into a singularity, and then proceeded to expand rapidly in all directions. That would mean that the Universe's shape should be a sphere. The Universe is basically a balloon where all matter and energy is being pushed apart by air (i.e. Spacetime) in all directions. With the center of the universe being at the beginning of time itself. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed so all the energy and matter that is currently present in the Universe was there at the Big Bang and so an infinite universe does not make any sense.

Why Scientists erroneously hold onto the "flat Universe Theory rubbish". It's because we can't see far enough to observe it's spherical nature. The Universe has vast distances that are incomprehensible to our human brains. There is no edge to the Universe just like there isn't an edge to the earth or an edge to a balloon. If you travelled the full distance of the universe you would end back up where you started here on Earth. Some of the psudo science that's being pushed now by scientists to say the Universe is flat is comparable to these dumb experiments that flat earthers try to do to prove the earth is flat. But because the scales are so massive they can get away with their ridiculousness.

Furthemore, if the Universe was flat (which it's not) you would need to explain what happens when you reach the edge and cross over. Which is already in itself is a huge problem. Whereas if we have a spherical Universe (which is correct) you would end back where you began if you travelled the full distance of the cosmos. The more you actually think and break down this topic the more it's easy to see the flaws in the flat Universe 'theory'.
