Extraction disconnect bug?

Just ran a match on blue gate with a buddy of mine. They weren't able to connect for some reason so I just ran to an extract to leave by myself. After successfully extracting, the game prompted me to "reconnect" or abandon all my loot. I clicked the reconnect button, it failed to reconnect me, and then sent me back to the main menu with all the guns and items I brought with me just gone. Has anybody else ran into this issue?
