32M: Panicking about a wound

Went for a massage today, realized i have a scratch while leaving. Unsure if the masseuse is HIV infected. I’m scared if she is infected or have high viral load. I’m panicking right now not knowing what to do. Could someone please guide me what to do? It was a NORMAL massage, but parlor seem’d shady!
