Gonna sound crazy but I can't get over this

What's up, me again. With more ghost stuff. I THINK something else just happened. Could be coincidence. But. All day today, I have been seeing something out of the corner of my eye. It looked like my cat, but every time it has happened my cat has been in another room. Well, I'm sitting in that general area now with my cat sleeping on the couch beside me. He woke up with a meow and I thought I had woken him, but he immediately began staring BEHIND ME. I thought he was looking at me but when I tried to get his attention I realized he was looking beyond me instead of at me. WHY WOULD HE JUST RANDOMLY WAKE UP AND STARE BEHIND ME, AT AN AREA IVE BEEN SEEING SHIT AT. He didn't look away, even when I got up and walked away- Just kept staring at that damn area. I'm skeptical, so don't come at me with "ghosts aren't real" bull because I'm not saying for sure that this is a ghost, but Ive already had too many weird things happen in this house and I can't doubt anything with certainty.
