What to do career - wise without an idea in mind?

Hello all,

I am unsure as to what to do with my future. I am 22 years old and I have attempted to go to college twice. Once when I was 18, and again when I was 20. I know this is not an excuse, but I wasn’t passionate about school due to reoccurring health problems that I’ve only recently managed to resolve. I had no drive, no goals, and no desires to continue with my future in any direction. Before I first started college, at 17, I moved to another state to get a fresh start. Due to some family issues, I moved back to my home state and started college there. I went for one semester and dropped out because I was weak minded in a way. I decided to start working in healthcare after dropping out, starting with working in a memory care unit for 1 1/2 years. I then decided to move towards a less “hands on” position in the dental field, working as a receptionist/business assistant. I then moved BACK to the previously mentioned state to start college again, experienced the same issues, then moved back home. Almost a year ago, I managed to get a job working in pre authorization remotely for a radiology company. I do not make enough to sustain, and I am living with some of my family to help them and myself out financially. According to company policy, I cannot gain raises or promotions while working remote.

I would appreciate if anyone has any guidance on where to go from here please? I do not mean to dump all this information, but I am almost at a loss as to where to go from here. If anything I have mentioned needs to be elaborated upon, or if there is any more information I can give then I would be happy to answer.
