Can’t game but internet browsing works

Hey guys my internet is having a weird problem where I can do anything but play video games, if I load a game it does not stop any packets or lose any ping (I did a cmd ping test) and I disconnect from the game and only the game and then I can reconnect but it boots me another minute or two later I can’t for the life of me fix this any help would be appreciated I am Ethernet so I’m not sure what’s going on no packet loss or ping spikes when doing the cmd promps
