PC Turning On/Off - Fan Issues

So, today I woke up to my front panel fan making an extremely loud rattling noise while spinning slower than the others. I decided to just go out and buy two new fans to replace the two front ones… just because, idk.

I came home and plugged them in (MOST LIKELY INCORRECTLY THATS WHY IM POSTING HERE) and now when I turn the PC on, the front panels top fan doesn’t turn on but the one below it does. Now, my PC will stay on for about five seconds and then turn off, rinse and repeat until I either unplug it or something.

My GPU also has a red light that appears on it for a brief second when turning on, unsure if unrelated.

Specs - GPU: 3070 GeForce RTX - CPU: i7 10700KF - PSU: Corsair RM1000x - New fans: Corsair RS120 ARGB. Let me know if any other info would be useful
