Un-Playable Amount Of Stuttering In Fortnite, Anyone Else?

I for about a few months, and my freind for a few weeks, have been experiencing a stupid amount of stuttering in Fortnite and Fortnite only, that makes the game practically impossible to play. We have updated everything you could possibly update, done the verify files option, have downloaded the pre-rendered content in the options tab of Fortnite in the epic games launcher. Its not the fact that I have an incapable pc to run Fortnite, I have an rtx 5070 and a Ryzen 7 7700x, with 32gigs of ram, way more than enough to run that game. Have even tried performance mode, still the same issue happens. I have perfectly fine Wi-Fi, I have been able to run Fortnite on this same pc before, so I have 0 clue of what the issue might be. Have also practically done every TikTok or YouTube tip to try to fix this issue, and yet nothing has worked for me or my friend. Is anyone else experiencing this and/or know a way of fixing it? I would love some help.
