If lady nagant is coming out this season should she be a super high skilled character to play? Or a character anyone can pick up (though have different skill lvls)

To be honest the fact a sniper character MAY be joining this game is excited. But I'm curious will byking make her hard to play because she is a sniper or easy to play and pick up.

Also I kinda hope she doesn't hsve mobility or at least not alot (I never watched the anime so idk if she even does more around fast)
