Dell SE2425HG - 144hz vs 200hz

Simple question:

Dell SE2425H 144hz: https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-24-monitor-se2426h/apd/210-btnn/monitors-monitor-accessories at $199.10

Dell SE2425HG 200hz: https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-24-200hz-monitor-se2425hg/apd/210-bsgw/monitors-monitor-accessories at $99.00???? google says it used to be $130.00, which is still cheaper

Everything else seems to be the same, why is the 200hz one MUCH cheaper? Is there some caveat I'm missing?
