Worst Nuzlocke rage quit of my life

My 1st Genlocke run ended at Platinum, but not in the way you expected.

So basically, I wanted to catch a Gible, since I was able to dupe all the mons in Wayward Cave.

I encountered it put it to sleep, and I was in the process to catch it. HOWEVER I MISSCLICKED and used Aerial Ace on it KILLING IT.

I effectively lost it at that point, I wiped the save file, basically ending the Run there, sending hours of work down the drain due to a goddamn misclick.

I know I should've just accepted the loss and "move on" but honestly Garchomp is such an awesome pokemon and losing it to such a dumb mistake just sent me off the deepend.

Welp, back to Gen 1 for me.

Atleast this time, I can learn when to save certain pokemon for other games like Eevee and such.
