how to not react when AP is ragebaiting you nonstop?

Advice Request

My AM has been screaming at me (28F) all day because I went to bed late and she woke me up early (apparently it’s a crime to sleep past 8) and I was half asleep and snapped a little. She's been on a tear ever since about how I’m “not scared of her anymore” and “have no respect.” I’m nearly 30 and only home for the holidays, so thankfully this is temporary.

I’ve been trying to gray rock and it normally works, but she knows exactly which buttons to push to get a reaction out of me. I really don’t want to keep falling for the ragebaiting, but it’s hard when I’m exhausted and trapped in the same house.

Any advice for staying calm and not engaging when a parent is intentionally trying to provoke you?

(I'm going back to my apartment soon so any advice except that please)
