Black screen with loading icon intermittent struggling

as the title says, for context im on an original xbox one playing heartland, the game is fine for about 30-60 minutes and than every 10 seconds it does that and freezes me iv almost lost multiple characters to it. the only fix is to close the game and reopen it. the worst part is im playing multiplayer so we ethier lag back to base or an outpost or lose a car and the loot in the boot until we log back in and waste the tome to get it. any work arounds to make this not happen?
