Why did Todd end his friendship with BoJack over what happened with Emily?

I was rewatching BoJack Horseman and I'm confused about why Todd was that mad over what happened with BoJack and Emily. Both BoJack and Emily consented, and Emily wasn't drunk. Todd didn't have any intention of having sex with her either. It's awkward and I can understand why he was upset, but I feel like it was far from the world thing he's done to Todd. Maybe because I've just started college and never had a relationship like this that I don't understand.
