What was included in Train Sim World 6 for the Jingle Jam?

Not sure if I'm missing something so I'm looking for clarification before I buy any addons. I'm really enjoying TSW6 since getting the key from donating to JJ, but is it a partial edition only and not the standard edition of the game? Every time I complete anything in the game, it asks me if I want to upgrade to the standard edition. I only see the Marseille, Boston, Providence, and Holiday Express Routes in my game. When I watched Boba and Martyn showcase the game, they had the same as me plus Morristown, Leipzig, Riviera, and Dresden routes so I'm confused if they had showcased an upgraded game or if I got a game key that didn't include everything it needed to. Thanks for any help.
