[Measurement Check] Currently wearing a US 32G

I’m currently in a 32 G (US sizing) but the breasts spill over and there’s also some spillage on the sides sometimes.

I did the measurements and it came out to 30 H/HH but I want to make sure it’s accurate because I want to buy a swim suit so that I can use it over winter break. Any help is appreciated greatly.

My measurements are:

Loose under 80 cm Comfortable 76 Tight 70

Upright 103 Bent forward 115.5 On back 107.5
