How much should I sell my op13 Luffy manga for?

I'm looking to sell a raw op13 Luffy manga but I'm not sure about how much I should ask for. In TCG player, market price is $1.6 rising everyday and all listings are $3k and up. In ebay I've seen some being sold at $2k. What do you all think is a fair price to sell it at a store? (Understanding they still need to profit from it)
