My Pc is in an Infinit loop of booting

I turn my Pc on this Day like every Day and it showed the normal lights when booting up like the Dram beeing orange vga green and boot white. But my Cpu shows red for about 1 Second and the only thing I can do before it restarts is going into the bios. What is the problem?
