What do you need to stop doing drugs forever ?

I have been in recovery for at least 5 years and I still relapse in spedballs Iv or just coke IV. I tried kinda everything and honestly I’m just curious of what do you need else to be able to stop.

At this point I just believe that this is the life I deserve for the rest of my existence
