Psylocke's ult doesn't fit her playstyle

Ok this may be a bit of a weird take but let me explain. So Psylocke is a predator type character which means that when it comes to prioritising the targets its usually Low on health > Supports > other squishies > the rest. However, the way the target prioritising on her ult works completely contradicts that playstyle. It prioritises those who have been slashed the least which doesn't fit her playstyle at all. I know this suggestion may be broken but I don't give a flying fuck, she should instead prioritise those who are the lowest on health. Is it a bit too strong? Yes, but it fits her predator playstyle waaaaaaaay better imo.
