Cycle disruption?

QQ. I have always had a 30/31 day cycle. I added Myoinositol | Ideal 40:1 Ratio, last month and now metformin this month. Has anyone else experienced a disruption in their cycle? I’m newly diagnosed, so I’m a tad confused. TIA
