How to get Mimics..?? Your suggestions are much appreciated...

I have 30 epic tokens, more than 4000 gems but I don't know how and when to get mimics. I never got one when I had spent in other portals. Could you please suggest the right portal and time to invest my tokens or gems to get the mimics?
