Critique my PC build plan made for productivity work.

TLDR; I want to basically be able to try and work with different software and tools like blender, video editors, UE5 and other game engines, painting programs, also for example fluid simulations without a lot of hassle and it being not usable. Not a gamer but it might suck me in sooo room for that too. Linux compatibility is a must. Budget is something around 800-1700 euros.

So I'd appreciate criticism on my build and recommendations or predictions of the performance because I don't have any experience with PC building (first time pc build) but I'm quite tech savvy and have acquired a lot of info on it for the last couple of months. I also want to get into self hosting and don't yet know how some powerful part will work for that so advice appreciated.

Alternative CPU: ryzen 5 9600X

So here are some questions:

- I'm wondering is the ryzen 5 9600X/ryzen 5 9600X+ RX 9060 XT too weak of a combo for me. I originally though of buying 7800x3D+RX 7800XT or something like that but am wondering if the more affordable option will be enough for me for the next 4-8 years (with room for small upgrades). I'm quite cheap so if the components are clearly too powerful for me and I have spend an extra 400+ bucks on them I will regret it. But on the other hand the main focus is buing a pc that wont limit my needs to do something and if that needs an extra few hundred bucks I will do that.

- Is the micro-ATX case too small/Does it significantly increase my price of upgrades in the future or decrease airflow? I thought that it would be convenient to transport from one place to another because i have to do that quite often, it looks nice and my parts seem to fit nicely (?).

- Is the current build well balanced? Is my mobo too feature rich or will some component be the clear bottleneck? Also compatibility...

Thanks in advance!
